About mobile operators?
I've been using the Vodafone service as my cell phone connections. Very often I find the Load times for many "music on demand," "lost wake-up call", etc, although I have never entertained your calls of concern to activate the services. When asked about the Cust care to investigate the matter and reverse the number, the answer they give is that after deducting the money can not be returned and are helpless. My question is: Does not it seem to customers of mobile operators charge silly for them, even if the client is not interested for it and confuse people with the worst customer service approach?

When I returned to my hometown I check my balance DEDUCT RS 20 MY OWN REFUND BACK TO ME WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE .. Once I was using to activate the WAP service is not about that service SERVICE SAY UR DAY OFF AGAIN NXT is MONEY deduced I CALL CUSTOMER THEN THE REFUND my money ……. I THINK U HAVE TO REGISTER UR PHONE DND (Do Not Disturb REGISTRATION) U SO receive no SMS PROMOTIONAL PROMOTION AND CALLS FOR ………… Regis in DND CALL CUSTOMER ……. not all operators DO NOT FOOL CUSTOMER as AIRTEL do not cheat their customers
